Intelligent Lighting
Intelligent lighting is mainly used for the lighting of the home environment, including intelligent light bulbs, intelligent light strips, intelligent switches, intelligent sockets. The distributed wireless telemetry, telecontrol and telecommunication control system is composed of computer technology, wireless communication technology, spread spectrum power carrier communication technology, computer intelligent information processing technology, and energy-saving electrical appliance control technology to realise the intelligent control of lighting equipment. LED modules, switching power supplies, remote sensors, sensors, etc. in the lighting equipment will generate a lot of heat in the working state, so in order to improve the efficiency and service life of the lighting equipment, effective heat dissipation solutions appear to be critical.
Intelligent lighting can be applied to the thermal conductivity interface materials:
①Commonly used in the assembly and maintenance of heat dissipation systems in electronic equipment, thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GK2090, BN-GC3091, BN-GC3095) can fill the gap between the aluminium substrate and the heat sink, so that the heat is evenly dispersed to the surface of the heat sink, and improve the efficiency of the heat transfer heat dissipation. Thermally conductive silicone grease has good fluidity and can fully wet the surface of the target component to form a very low thermal resistance interface.
② Continuous high temperature will affect the service life of LED chip, phosphor, and encapsulation resin, so it is necessary to control the junction temperature of LED. Low volatility thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS200-LV, BN-FS300-LV) is soft and reboundable, and D3 ~ D20 <300ppm, low volatility of low molecular polysiloxane, will not cause the LED chip PIN pin short-circuiting, LED light source fogging.
③ Thermally conductive insulating film (BNG600, BNG410, BNK10) can be used between the LED light source module and the heat sink to improve heat dissipation efficiency and maintain the stability of the LED light source. It is a thermally conductive interface material with substrate reinforcement, and compared with other thermally conductive materials, it has stronger puncture and tear resistance, high tensile strength, good insulating properties, and is suitable for internal narrow charged environment.
④ High-power LED passes a high current, and the heat generated by the chip is transmitted to the PCB assembly through the metal block at the bottom, and the gap between PCB and heat sink is filled with thermally conductive gel (BN-TG350, BN-TG350-4) to improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
Smart Projector
With the increasing development of technology, projector design is becoming more and more multifunctional and portable. Projectors have moved from industrial and commercial equipment into more and more homes, becoming an important part of the smart home. The projector becomes a daily requirement for the family, realising the need for a private cinema at home.
The imaging system of the projector, the switching power supply in the working state will produce a lot of heat, the projector needs a strong brightness when in use, which requires high-power light source support, also produces a lot of heat, to maintain the stable operation of the projector is an important factor in the sense of the user's experience, so do a good job in the thermal management design is an important prerequisite for the performance of the product.
Smart projector can be applied to the thermal conductive interface materials:
① Thermally conductive insulating film (BNK10, BNG410, BNG700) can be used between the LED light source module and the heat sink to improve the heat dissipation efficiency and maintain the stable operation of the LED light source. Compared with other thermal conductive materials, the thermal conductive insulating film has stronger puncture and tear resistance, higher tensile strength and better insulating properties.
②When the projector is working, the chip generates a lot of heat, and the thermally conductive gel (BN-TG350-2, BN-TG350, BN-TG350-4) can be thinly coated on the surface of the CPU chip and the inductive components, which is in close contact with the heat sink. Thermally conductive gel is a composite material made of silicone and ceramic powder, which can be kept in the paste state after pre-curing and has very good plasticity. Its paste state determines that it has better gap-filling ability than the thermally conductive sheet, and it can better fill the gap between non-planar surfaces. Thermally conductive gel products are packed in syringes, which can be used in automated equipment dispensing, saving labour costs.
③Low volatility thermally conductive pads (BN-FS100-LV, BN-FS300-LV) are soft, good resilience, and D3~D20<300ppm, low volatility of low molecular polysiloxane, which won't cause fogging of LED light source.
