① There are MOS tubes, transformers, transistors and other electronic components on the power supply PCB, which are the main source of heat generation, and filling the thermal conductive spacer (BN-FS series) between the heat generating device and the aluminium heat sink can improve the heat transfer efficiency. Thermally conductive gaskets are soft and reboundable, with good reliability and long service life.
② Bornsun Industry's heat curing adhesive film (BN-TK15) can not only improve the efficiency of heat dissipation, and this product has a heated self-bonding properties, can be well attached to the heat sink, and MOS tubes or diodes bonding, is a structural bonding adhesive, can be an alternative to the mechanical fixing mode.
③Thermally conductive insulating film (HN-400, BNG410) can be used between the power supply MOS tube package and the heat sink, and then use the screws to lock the MOS tube and the heat sink, in order to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation. Thermally conductive insulating film has excellent electrical insulation properties and can effectively ensure the safe operation of the power adapter.
