Outdoor Energy Storage
Outdoor energy storage power supplies are generally built-in high energy density lithium-ion batteries, highly integrated with decentralised charging devices, storage devices and power supply devices. It can store solar power conversion, grid power, automotive power generation and generator power generation, and also output high-power AC and DC power. The input and output of high-power current brings about a large amount of heat release, and the design of outdoor energy storage power supply requires light weight, small volume and easy to carry, so the thermal management of the internal device of the power supply becomes very important.
Thermally conductive interface materials that can be applied to outdoor energy storage:
① Thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GC3096A, BN-GC3095) can be applied to the inverter part of the outdoor energy storage power supply. Thermally conductive silicone grease has high mobility and good surface wettability, which can reduce the thermal resistance of the contact interface and improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
②Batteries generate large amounts of heat when charging and discharging, attaching thermally conductive spacers (BN-FS series) to battery packs and PCBs can conduct heat to heat sinks or enclosures to improve efficiency. The softness and resilience of thermally conductive shims enable them to fill the gap better.
③Thermally Conductive Potting Adhesive (BN-RT150, BN-RT400) can be used for inverter potting and sealing to isolate electronic components from the outside world and to improve the insulation between the internal components and circuits, which is conducive to the miniaturisation of the device and lightweighting.
⑤ Thermally conductive insulating film (BNG600, BNG410, BNG700) can be used for heat dissipation between the inverter MOS tube and heat sink, and can be fastened with screws to make the thermally conductive insulating film fully contact the interface between the heat source and the interface between the heat sink to improve the heat dissipation efficiency. Thermally conductive insulating film has excellent electrical insulation properties in addition to good thermal conductivity.
⑤ Thermally conductive insulating film (BNG600, BNG410, BNG700) can be used for heat dissipation between the inverter MOS tube and heat sink, and can be fastened with screws to make the thermally conductive insulating film fully contact the interface between the heat source and the interface between the heat sink to improve the heat dissipation efficiency. Thermally conductive insulating film has excellent electrical insulation properties in addition to good thermal conductivity.
Outdoor energy storage can be applied to other materials:
①Flame retardant insulating film: When the outdoor energy storage power supply works, it will generate a lot of heat, in order to avoid safety problems, so the product design must be done when the fire treatment. The flame retardant insulating sheets (BN-FP65, BN-FP, BN-ZD16) of Boon Industry can be used in battery packs, with good electrical insulation, flame retardant grade V-0 or above, and good weather resistance, which can help energy storage power supply to work safely and stably.
