Commercial Energy Storage
Commercial energy storage consists of a battery pack, PSC, isolation transformer, monitoring device, EMS and safety protection. The battery pack stores power, the PSC converts current for use in commercial equipment, and the EMS enables power management. Commercial energy storage converts renewable and clean energy sources such as solar and wind into electrical energy for storage.
Thermally conductive interface materials that can be applied to commercial energy storage:
① Commercial energy storage battery energy density is high, the PSC conversion current power loss is correspondingly greater. Thermally conductive silicone grease (BN-GC3096AP, BN-GC3095, BN-GC4021) can help high-power devices to fully and efficiently conduct heat, with a small application gap for extremely low thermal resistance.
② Batteries generate large amounts of heat when charging and discharging, attaching thermally conductive spacers (BN-FS500, BN-FS800) to battery packs and PCBs can conduct heat to heat sinks or housings to improve efficiency. The softness and resilience of the thermal pads enable them to fill the gaps better. And the thermal pads have good electrical insulation properties to prevent short circuit.
③Thermally conductive potting compound (BN-RT450, BN-RT500, BN-RT550) can be used for potting and sealing of inverters to improve the efficiency of internal heat generating electronic components in terms of temperature uniformity and heat dissipation. Thermally conductive potting adhesive has low viscosity, good fluidity, can be cured at room temperature or heat, no by-products, and has a very small shrinkage.
④The heat curing adhesive film (BNTK15) of Bornsun Industry can not only improve the efficiency of heat dissipation, but also this product has the performance of self-adhesive after heating, which can be well bonded between MOS tubes and heat sinks, which can eliminate the need for the screw assembly process and reduce the manufacturing cost.
⑤ Thermally conductive insulating film (BNG600, BNG410, BNG700) can be used for heat dissipation between inverter MOS tubes and heat sinks. It can be fastened with screws so that the thermally conductive insulating film can fully contact the interface between the heat source and the heat sink, thus improving the heat dissipation efficiency. It is a thermally conductive interface material reinforced with a base material. Compared with other thermally conductive materials, it has stronger puncture and tear resistance, high tensile strength, and good insulating properties.
Other materials that can be applied to commercial energy storage:
① Flame retardant insulating sheet: commercial energy storage power supply has high power and more heat dissipation. Boon Industrial's PC flame retardant insulating sheets (BN-FP65, BN-FP) are puncture-resistant, impact-resistant, high temperature resistant, and have good electrical insulation properties. It can be used in battery packs to improve safety performance.
