Security Monitoring System
A security surveillance system mainly consists of front-end equipment, transmission equipment, processing/control equipment and recording/display equipment. Increasing security needs require higher image transmission speed, picture clarity and data storage time. The enhanced configuration of security surveillance system brings greater power consumption and heat generation to its circuit system, so it needs an effective thermal solution to maintain the normal operating temperature of the core chip to avoid the inconvenience of monitoring data problems.
Security monitoring system can be applied to the thermal conductivity interface materials:
① Low-volatile thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS200-LV, BN-FS300-LV) can be used in image processing modules without polluting the optical lens and affecting the clarity of the surveillance video. Its low molecular silicone D3~D20<300ppm, soft resilience, high reliability, can adapt to the extreme environment -60~200℃.
②Silicone-free thermally conductive gaskets (BN-HS200, BN-HS300) are suitable for silicone-sensitive equipment, and can be used in image processing modules without contaminating the optical lens and affecting the clarity of the surveillance video. Silicone-free thermally conductive gaskets are composite sheets composed of silicone-free resin and thermally conductive filler, solving the problem of silicone volatilisation from raw materials.
③Thermally conductive spacer (BN-FS series) can be used to fill the gap between the heat-generating electronic components on the motherboard, such as CPU, memory, graphics card and the shell, to improve the efficiency of heat dissipation. Thermally conductive pads are soft and highly resilient, with low assembly pressure, and can be designed with a self-adhesive surface for easy tearing and sticking and easy rework.
